Important Service Update from Pawviva

Dear Valued Pawviva Customer,

We are writing to inform you of a difficult but necessary decision regarding our services. Effective immediately, we will be temporarily suspending all Pawviva deliveries.

This decision was not made lightly. Due to recent changes in the practices of various USA government authorities, we can no longer guarantee that our deliveries will arrive safely and reliably at USA delivery addresses. Our commitment has always been to provide a seamless and trustworthy service for you and your beloved pets, and under the current circumstances, we cannot confidently uphold that promise.

What this means for you:

  • All Active Subscriptions: To ensure you are not charged during this period, all active subscriptions have been automatically paused. You do not need to take any action.
  • Pending Deliveries: We are working to resolve any shipments that may be currently in transit. If you believe your delivery has been stopped or have not received a recent order, please contact our support team directly at pawviva@call-acs.com so we can assist you.

Please know that we are actively exploring all possible solutions to navigate these new challenges. Our goal is to resume service as soon as we can find a reliable delivery method for our customers.

We will keep you informed and notify you immediately once we have a solution in place.
